Jon Wellinghoff

Jon Wellinghoff is the Chief Regulatory Officer at Voltus and a nationally recognized leader in energy policy. He served two Presidential appointments as a Commissioner at FERC, including five years as Chairman, where he advanced grid modernization and clean energy integration. His past roles include Chief Policy Officer at SolarCity and General Counsel at the Nevada PUC, and he currently leads GridPolicy, Inc.

Elliot Mainzer is President and CEO of the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), where he leads efforts to ensure a reliable and affordable clean energy transition. Prior to joining CAISO in 2020, he spent 18 years at the Bonneville Power Administration, including seven as CEO, advancing wind energy, transmission innovation, and environmental stewardship.
