Yes Energy’s partnership with S&P Global Energy gives our customers the ability to analyze current and forecast natural gas price data alongside the historical and current power market data we deliver through our analytics tool and data products.

 

S&P Global Energy's Americas Gas and Power dataset provides access to daily and monthly natural gas benchmark price assessments at over 200 locations throughout North America, market-reflective indices that illustrate daily gas volatility and regional price differentials, coverage of daily activity during bid week, assessments for several key bilateral trading locations in the North American power markets, spark spreads and marginal heat rate data, futures and derivatives, long-dated forwards, and datasets from ICE, NYMEX, and EIA.

The dataset can help you to stay abreast of the ever-changing power and gas pricing environment, where variables such as fuel mix, regulation, weather, and supply and demand fundamentals can move the markets.
