HR Administrative Assistant

Yes Energy is hiring for a part-time HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our team in our Boulder office! The HR/Recruitment admin provides administrative assistance to the HR Director and employees. Additionally, the position will assist in the procurement and implementation of a new applicant tracking system and support other projects related to HR functions. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, collaborative, and highly detail oriented.
Administer Onboarding & Offboarding efforts
Assist the HR Director with administrative functions as needed
Assist with day to day administration of recruiting efforts: schedule interviews, manage candidate database, create job descriptions
Management of job boards and postings
Sourcing technical candidates and distribution of job applicants to the recruitment team
Works outside of general job description duties to assist HR and Recruiting departments as needed
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment Support
Undergraduate degree preferred: Business Administration, Information Systems, or Human Resources preferred
Ability to prioritize own workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and respond to high volumes of email requests
Collaborative, responsible and very detail-oriented
Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs
Experience working within a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to understand technical products, technologies and solutions
This position is located in our Boulder, CO office.
20 hours per week.
6 month temporary assignment with possible extension.
