It is way too easy to ignore a disaster when it is not in your own backyard, even though the images we see on the TV are ones of massive devastation. However when it effects people you know, in places you know well, it is all so much more real and it makes us appreciate, friends, family and colleagues. This is a good time for us to think of this on a human level and to really be thankful for all the wonderful people we work with that we have the honor to call our customers.
