As Michael McNair got Yes Energy up and running in early 2008 he often thought about something he read: how John Lennon and Yoko Ono met. John attended an art gallery where Yoko was putting on a show. One exhibit was a ladder and when you climbed up there was a magnifying glass that could be used to see a teeny, tiny Yes written on the ceiling. Who knows what Yoko was really trying to say but it seems to us that finding the positive answer is how a company should approach its work with customers.

Position Summary

Yes Energy is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join Yes Energy’s Outreach, Sales and Marketing (OSM) Team.  Reporting to the VP of OSM the position is responsible for supporting the team in providing top-notch sales and outreach support to Yes Energy’s Customers.  This dynamic and exciting group needs assistance keeping things organized and running smoothly.  The role is new to Yes Energy, so you will have the opportunity to apply your own creativity and experience in helping us stay organized and contribute to improving our productivity. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as the direct administrative support to the VP of sales including managing calendar, project tracking, meeting scheduling, documentation and overall support to help ensure the best use of VP time.
    • Provide administrative assistance for all sales processes and team members including contract administration, meeting organization, data input and analysis, report generation and various other projects related to sales administration.
    • Serve as key administrative support for Salesforce application including data entry, scheduling, auditing and tracking.
    • Support key marketing processes including webinar administration, travel planning & scheduling, maintenance of marketing collateral, and key customer health reporting.
     

    Desired Qualifications and Experiences

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications and a particular fondness for MS Excel
    • Experience with Google Desktop Productivity Suite
    • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
    • Exceptional Organizational Skills
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Meticulous attention to Detail
    • Ability to implement virtual solutions for training, Webinars, and various communications
